5. Do you offer pickup service?
Yes, we offer doorstep pickup in most locations. Pickup can be arranged by contacting us.

7. Can I walk in and drop my parcel?

No. Customs clearance is handled by the destination country’s authorities, and any duties or taxes are payable by the receiver only.

16. Can I ship to residential or P.O. box addresses?
We deliver to residential and commercial addresses in most countries. P.O. box delivery is limited—please verify with us first.
